Return Policy
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY: To cancel an order you have placed with Martino Stained Glass Studio, you should contact us either by email (sales@martinoantiqueglass.com) or by telephone 1-508-259-5791. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide us with your name, contact information and the item number of the item you wish to cancel. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled. However, if your item has already been shipped, you can request to return the item for a refund.
The return shipment must be received in good condition by Martino Stained Glass Studio within 30 days of the date you received the item and should be insured for an appropriate amount based on the value of the item(s) being returned. The return shipping and insurance costs are at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. REFUND POLICY: Refunds must be accompanied by a copy of the original sale confirmation message and must be received in good condition within 30 days of the purchase. Return shipment should be insured for an appropriate amount based on the value of the item(s) being returned. In the rare instance where the wrong item is shipped, the customer will be reimbursed for all shipping expenses. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find that the merchandise has been damaged, please call us at 1-508-259-5791, so we can arrange to have the package picked up and inspected by the shipping company. Please retain all of the original packing materials and paperwork that is included with your merchandise. The shipping company and Martino Stained Glass Studio will need it help resolve the damage claim.
